Teacher's Lounge : November 28, 2005

Bree enters the teacher's lounge early in the morning, a murderous brilliant smile on her face.

Upon having heard that the Principal is on a well-deserved vacation, she has prepared a special No Turkey Buffet, that includes any food you could imagine except for what is typically served on Thanksgiving.

There's some Chet Baker playing in the background for atmosphere, and real silverware and china. Bree does not fuck around when it comes to hosting anything.


[We haven't had one of these in a while, and I kind of miss them. Open to all teachers to interact with each other. Maybe we could trade off posting them now and again? Drop notes for when you'd like host over here. I can take Mondays?]

Methos gets a cup of coffee and settles in to read the letter Janet had picked up with his mail while he was in San Francisco (http://www.livejournal.com/community/fandomhigh/392319.html?thread=18410111#t18410111). He seems serious but not terribly concerned about the contents.

[At some point, a note scribbled on loose-leaf gets tossed into his lap. It reads:]
Were the souvenirs well-received?

[Scribbled on the bottom of the last note, this time folded into a paper football:]
Oh, as if she needs any reminder of that, ever.
By the way...will you go out with me to the drive-in movie tomorrow? Check yes or no. [Two boxes, marked appropriately.]

[Methos takes the note and snickers. He checks "yes", briefly considers checking "no" as well just to be a jerk, and then tosses the note back onto Ten's book.]
