Note on the noticeboard

A note is posted in the teachers' lounge in scrawled handwriting. There are some soda stains on the paper. The strikethroughs can actually be seen as being scribbled out in blue ink.

Need to learn to use e-mail.

Need to learn to use a computer.

Need to learn how to turn on a computer. Help.

Ted 'Theodore' Logan, Music Department

[OOC: Feel free to use this post to respond to Ted in either written form or to run into him as he leaves the lounge. This is NOT the lounge opening post for today.]

Charlie reads the notice curiously, then looks around the room for the post-er. The only other person in the lounge right then is a black haired man. Charlie shrugs and approaches him. "Hey, are you Ted Logan?"

Charlie grins. "Charlie will do. And if you want some help, I have time. I at least know how to turn on a computer," he adds. "Even if my programming sucks."

"Oh, that should be easy," says Charlie, optimistically. "Do you have a computer?"

[identity profile] charlieeppes.livejournal.com 2005-11-30 12:37 pm (UTC)(link)
The optimism was adjusted down a little.

"It might be, yes," Charlie agrees. "Let's go find out, shall we?"

"Why is it covered in cheese?" Charlie asks before he can stop himself.

"Ah. Any of our student aliens, or just... random aliens?"

Charlie decides to just stop asking questions now. "Okay. Yes. Let's go find your computer now? I don't love my sneakers that much," he adds. "So I don't mind if they get cheesed. Um."

"No problem." Charlie shrugs and follows Ted in (hopefully) the direction his office.
