All Day Tuesday - Teacher's Lounge Poker Tournament

Hades was sick of his office turning into pie. He decided to abandon the place and take refuge lounge in the teacher's lounge. That's what it was there for, after all. A large round table had been brought in and, aside from the chairs, all other furniture was pushed to the sides of the room.

The round table was set up with the green felt surface of a poker table. Hades was wearing a green visor, was smoking a cigar and shuffling cards in eccentric and tricky ways. Whenever someone sat down at the table, he explained the rules.

"Texas Hold 'Em poker. If you don't know the rules, watch a round, then jump in. If you get up, you forfeit your place and someone can take over for you. No buy-in, just take the chips you've got at your seat and try your luck. If any of your cards or your chips turn into pie, you forfeit the round."

He started to deal.

[OOC: The game is unimportant. It's the conversation as people come and go that's the fun! I'm not limiting the number of players. Just come and go as you please, but if you see someone leave, feel free to jump in and steal their chips replace them.]

Yondaime pondered that for a moment. "Hmm, dying could be worse..." He teased.

"I'm pretty sure it'll take more than what you can dish out to kill me," Wade said, a cocky grin on his face.

He patted Yondaime on the shoulder. "But I will mourn you as a brother when she kills you horrible."

"Hey hey! Don't think I'm taken down that easy!" He pouted. "I was the top ninja in my village!"

Aly smirked at Wade. "I'd offer to test the theory, but it seems so unneighbourly." She grinned. "Besides, what's the point in taking out two pretty men when could just could make you never talk again?"

"Better people have tried to shut me up, never seems to take," Wade said playfully. "And I wouldn't think it un-neighborly to test that theory. Been weeks since I had a decent fight."

Yondaime blushed at being called ‘pretty’ but recovered. "Fights tend to end with too much bloodshed to be neighborly. Sparring on the other hand, I’ve found is perfectly polite." He smirked.

"Hmmm, why do I feel like the gauntlet's been thrown?" Aly asked, amused. "Guess we'll have to test all of this out."

"Name a time and place and I'll be there." He paused. "But not Saturday, I have detention. I think."

"Hmmm, what about Saturday evening or Sunday?" He paused. "Though honestly I'm good anyday except the 25th." He didn't relish possibly being manhandled on his birthday.
