Detention List

I know of the following students who have detention:

[livejournal.com profile] conathon
[livejournal.com profile] master_of_fear
[livejournal.com profile] maias_notebook
[livejournal.com profile] neptune_wallace
[livejournal.com profile] actingltcrumpet
[livejournal.com profile] julian_lawless
[livejournal.com profile] studentwillow

Any others?

Also, as I'm not currently aware of any volunteers to run detention Saturday, I will be handling it unless another teacher steps in.

I'll step in, sir. I have nothing to do that day besides garden, I'm sure I could find something for them to do?

I fear that I cannot do it now, not this month anyways. I gladly bow to Ash, who has made a valid point. Two of them are his students, he is mighty more harsh than I could ever be. I would probably just make them toil away in my garden, not to much punishment there, eh?

For detention: Wallace Fennel neptune_wallace - 3 consecutive classes without giving an excuse

I would also like to volunteer to run detention.

Well, I think they should learn something seeing as they have to be there anyway, so I will be going to introduce them to mathematical problems, with a brief history behind each, and introduce them to the proofs.

You really want to leave detention in the hands of a gardener? I got some real disciplinary learning experience ready for the Danger Shop, if you let me.

Nothing too scarring, of course. But I feel like when two of my wrestling kids screw up, I should step in to be their correctational figure, you know?

Course, you could just leave it to Mr. Weed-B-Gone, if you like.

Well, I figure I might as well edumicate some kids into a proper plan of response to Zombie assault. Our school's reaction, while effective, was heavy handed, bizzaro, and entirely missing the point, half the time.

So, my breakdown of the day would go something like this:

Instructional Film: Dawn of the Dead (1979)

Participatory Activity: Improvised Weaponry - Cricket Bats, Chainsaws, and You

Lunch Break

Lecture: Zombies are not Loved Ones

Participatory Activity: Zombie Anatomy - Aim For The Head, Or Else You're Dead

Afternoon Tea Break

Instructional Film: Land of the Dead

Final Participatory Activity: Required Measures - Once You are Bit, Your Life Ain't Worth $#it

Regarding volunteers to run detention: I'm not available for the next couple of weeks, but if you're looking ahead into December at all, I'd be happy to take on a detention then.
