Faculty Party - Friday Afternoon

Lorelai was grateful that Bucky took a nap for part of the morning. It gave her plenty of time to transport food from the diner to the teacher's lounge.

She got everything set up and even decorated the lounge so it would be a little more festive. Since it's Lorelai, that means she hung up some balloons and streamers and covered everything with glitter.

Everything was ready in plenty of time and she was sitting on one of the couches giving Bucky a bottle, waiting for people to start showing up.

Mary nodded and smiled.

"No, I do not believe we have." she said holding out her hand. "I am Marry Poppins. I teach Cross Species Communications."

"It's nice to meet you, Mary." Abby smiled and shook her hand. "I'm Abby."

"That's a very useful ass. I have a fox in my internet class, although he speaks English just fine."

"I...didn't ask him." Abby shook her head ruefully. "I was a little stuck on the 'Oh My God it's a talking fox!' to get into much else."

"Is he able to use the keyboard alright?" Mary asked. "I should think one might have difficulty touch typing without opposable thumbs."
