Hades was sick of his office turning into pie. He decided to abandon the place and ~~take refuge~~ lounge in the teacher's lounge. That's what it was there for, after all. A large round table had been brought in and, aside from the chairs, all other furniture was pushed to the sides of the room.

The round table was set up with the green felt surface of a poker table. Hades was wearing a green visor, was smoking a cigar and shuffling cards in eccentric and tricky ways. Whenever someone sat down at the table, he explained the rules.

"Texas Hold 'Em poker. If you don't know the rules, watch a round, then jump in. If you get up, you forfeit your place and someone can take over for you. No buy-in, just take the chips you've got at your seat and try your luck. If any of your cards or your chips turn into pie, you forfeit the round."

He started to deal.

[OOC: The game is unimportant. It's the conversation as people come and go that's the fun! I'm not limiting the number of players. Just come and go as you please, but if you see someone leave, feel free to jump in and ~~steal their chips~~ replace them.]

Most of the dirty books that he’d gotten from Jiraiya had turned into pie. Yondiame was more than a little miffed, especially considering that they had all been first editions!

There was no way he was going to eat all of it himself, so might as well share his porny pie with the rest of the faculty.

"Oh? What’s all that?" He asked setting the stack of pies down.

"Poker," Wade explained. "Or, at least it would be if the cards would stop turning into delicious pie."

In front of Deadpool there was a grouping of pies laid out in a solitaire formation.

(Should I put the Carmel Apple on top of the Peach or the Pecan?)

"I think you can put the Shoo-fly over there next to the lemon torte." Byron said walking in.

"It makes you wonder, tomorrow, will everything turn back into what it was before?" If that was the case, he wasn't sure he wanted to eat any of the pies.

"Considering I had a slice of what may have been my toaster before coming here... I certainly hope not."

"Mmm, fiber!"

"Certainly more 'extreme' then metimucil."

"Yeah, my pies were once a collection of uh... ~~porn~~novels. I might have to send a letter to the writer for new copies. Though, it doesn't make it any better to eat them."

"There is a book store in town you know. I've not been there myself, but I should think it would have quite and extensive collection. ~~Of porn~~"

"Yuki has a bunch of books, you could try stopping by his office to see if he has 'em," Wade said, putting a Mincemeat pie on a Raspberry and White Chocolate tort. "Just bring him so booze and he's happy." A pause. "And don't mention me. He's kinda still angry about the meat in his sock drawer."

"I've been there, it's a great store. They just don't have this set. The author was my sensei back home, so it shouldn't be difficult to get new ones," he shrugged with a smile, at least it wouldn't as long as he wasn't the one getting them.

He paused and then laughed. "Meat in his sock drawer?"

"Dirty?" Aly asked as she opened the door on that comment.

"He wishes!"

"I'm not judging," Aly said with a wink as she surveyed the array of pie. "But you're the one putting meat in his sock drawer."

"And I wouldn't have to if he didn't get all weird around the guns," Wade said, nodding seriously.

"Why does he get weird? Has ne never seen one before?"

Wade shrugged. "Your guess is as good as mine. We don't talk much." He leaned forward and continued in a stage whisper, "He has anger issues."

Yondaime chuckled. "So in otherwords, he's kind of crotchety?"

Wade nodded and looked at Aly. "What? No comment about that being dirty?"

She chuckled. "What, you think I'd reuse material in the same conversation? I'm offended."

"It's would be reusing, think of it as more of a theme you'd have going for the day."

"Comedy mostly," he chuckled. "At least I always throught they were." Yondaime cringed slightly. "Sadly, I think they might be his exploits from when he was younger..."

"Well, it's good to have a sense of humor about one's self."
