Faculty Meeting - Friday Morning

As promised on the notices that went out to everyone on the staff, there was free food in the teacher's lounge, to entice people to come and stay for the faculty meeting - an assortment of pies, along with coffee and tea.

Yes, the dartboard with Jamie Madrox's face was still up. For therapeutic reasons, of course.

[OCD is done! I will be around again at 11am Eastern.]

"I'm not going back," Jean-Paul informed her. "But yes, they are smashing shoes."

She had more in her store. Was that where he didn't want to go back to? Had someone overcharged him? She could fire them. Or at least say she'd fire them and pretend to yell a lot, whichever was less effort.

Dear God, they had a store now? "I have never been in your store," Jean-Paul said cautiously. "I am sure the employees are excellent."

They really were, weren't they? She had the most excellent employees ever. It must be a gift. The ability to hire people just as fabulous as she was.

No, she wasn't paying much attention to whatever he was upset about. Narcissism.

Jean-Paul was, by this point, mostly convinced this fairy in particular had no idea what he was upset about and was not going to drag him off to the fairy land. Again. Thank God. He began to relax.
